If you’re a content producer using WordPress, this is for you.

One tip I have about publishing content is to document how you do it.
In other words, really write it down exactly step by step, what you do.

I’d suggest doing that so that you can hand that off to somebody else should you want to. Now it doesn’t mean that you’re going to be giving up control or anything like that. It just means that you’ve got a procedure to follow so that you get consistent results quickly when you’re publishing content.

I have a team that does that and the great thing is, once I’ve created the content, I basically hand it off. We have an SOP a standard operating procedure for how to publish content when I produced it. Because there’s a checklist, there’s also some quality assurance at the end that makes sure that I get the results I’m looking for.

So it makes it that much easier. Even if I continue to publish I don’t actually content on my own self. I’ve got a backup on how to do it.
